What types of photo booths do you offer?
We offer Open-Air / Classic, 360 Video, Glam / Spotlight, and AI Photo Booths for v1. We also have Vogue, Multi-Camera Array, Enclosed, Headshot Studio, Green Screen, Mosaic, and more coming soon.
How much space is needed for setup?
Our standard Open-Air booth needs about 10×10 ft. The 360 booth needs a 12-ft diameter circle. We'll confirm exact requirements when you book and do a site walk-through if needed.
Can I customize the backdrop and prints?
Absolutely. Every package includes branded overlays, custom backdrops (greenscreen, step-and-repeat, draped), and fully custom print layouts with your logo, colors, and messaging.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for peak dates (May–October, holiday season). Popular Saturdays can fill 3+ months out. A 25% deposit holds your date.
Do you offer instant prints and digital sharing?
Yes — every package includes both. Guests receive prints in seconds and can text/email/AirDrop the digital copy instantly. A full gallery is delivered to you within 48 hours.
What is the deposit and refund policy?
We require a 25% deposit to hold your date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellations 30+ days out receive a full deposit refund; within 30 days the deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date.
