Common Questions
Can I supply my own custom backgrounds?
Yes — send us your image files (minimum 4K resolution, 16:9 or 4:3 depending on print format) at least 48 hours before the event and we'll load them into the system.
What clothing colors should guests avoid?
Guests should avoid wearing green or lime-colored clothing, as it will be keyed out along with the background. All other colors work perfectly.
How quickly are backgrounds swapped?
Instantly — guests can browse the library on the touchscreen and see a live preview with each background before choosing to print.
